Procedure
Dear Madam, Dear Sir,
Further to your request to PICASSO-AUTHENTIFICATION, and to examine it, Mr Claude Picasso needs to receive, only by post mail, the following documents and informations :
1. Two large black and white ( professional quality) photos of the artwork ( without the frame or glasses ) size 15 x 20 cm, with a white margin of 3 cm all around the picture.
2. One high-resolution colour digital file of the artwork RECTO – VERSO, both sides (without the frame or glasses ) on a CD or USB key
3. The precise measurements of this work.
4. Any detail you might have about this work (provenance, previous owner, photographs of any labels on the back of the work or on the stretcher, invoice copy, history, origin, etc.).
You must send all those documents and information by post mail only (no request will be registered by email), specifying :
• first and family name of the owner or his agent ( in this case, attach the owner’s mandate)
• complete postal address.
• phone number (country + area (and or city code) + number).
• email address.
Those documents and information are essential to study your file, they must be imperatively written in french or in english.
We draw your attention that incomplete files will be put on hold and will not be processed immediately.
Therefore, thank you for gathering all those elements before making your request to us, and enclosing them imperatively to your post mail.
